From our initial consultation and design development – where your ideas come to life through mood boards, 2D sketches, and 3D renderings – to carefully choosing the right materials, every step is managed with precision and care. Finally, our dedicated project managers ensure a easy and seamless transition from concept to creation, making the entire experience as satisfying and rewarding as the final result.
After measuring your space, our designers will create preliminary 2D drawings and 3D renderings that will allow us to fully optimize your space, give you an idea of what the final result will look like, and ensure that our proposed design fully captures your unique requirements & vision.
We put together mood boards that will show you colours, materials, accessories, and artwork to make your space look stunning. Once you approve every finish – and piece of furniture – we order everything that is needed and hire whoever is required to complete the job.
We coordinate with the necessary suppliers and tradespeople to make the design plan a reality and manage the project on a day to day basis – doing quality inspection checks every step of the way – to ensure the successful completion of the renovation or redecorating project.

It depends on your scope of work. A bathroom renovation can take 2 weeks. A simple cosmetic kitchen update will take 1 month or longer while more complex renovations requiring permits can take 3 to 4 months. Filling an empty space with new furniture can take 30 – 60 days depending whether they’re custom or off-the-shelf. And it can take even longer if furniture is imported from Europe.
Cosmetic bathrooms updates start at $ 22k. Simple kitchen renovations that use the same layout and plumbing/electrical connections and therefore do not require any permits from city hall start from $ 60k and go up from there. You can do both permitted and legal non-permitted renovations. You’ll be spending more – and finishing longer – when you do a permitted reno compared to a legal non-permitted (or purely cosmetic) facelift.
We charge an all-inclusive price that covers the cost of material, labour, and taxes with our design fee already included. Since we do both the design and project management, it’s just simpler to do it this way and also easier for you to understand. And it’s more cost-effective for you as well to hire us rather than to redecorate – or renovate – on your own.
If it’s a furniture-only project with no kitchen or bathroom renovations involved, we can provide you with a budget that covers the cost of material, labour (usually delivery and installation) and taxes already included. In many cases – typically for projects $ 50k and up – you’re actually saving more money to hire a designer than by buying furniture on your own.
